El Memorando de campo McKinney-Vento 2020 del NYSED proporciona información sobre la capacitación requerida para que los enlaces McKinney-Vento participen en el desarrollo profesional para que puedan identificar y satisfacer mejor las necesidades de los niños y jóvenes sin hogar bajo la Ley federal McKinney-Vento.
